5. Payment, Fees, and Refunds

6. Client Content, Data & Credentials

Clients may provide data, content, and credentials to enable Services. You retain ownership of your data, and we process content only as necessary to provide Services. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of materials submitted.

7. AI Disclaimers and Limitations

Our AI systems are tools designed to support business processes. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or accuracy of AI outputs. Clients must verify and use outputs responsibly.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All software, tools, templates, and methodologies owned or developed by us remain our intellectual property.
  • Client-provided content remains the property of the client.
  • Deliverables and custom work may be subject to ownership terms as mutually agreed in separate engagements.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
  • Interfere with Service operations or security
  • Upload malware or disruptive code
  • Attempt unauthorized access

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Obligations accrued prior to termination survive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
  • Issues arising from third-party tools, integrations, or systems

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (State of Virginia), without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time; changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
